At Drink Have A Day, we prioritize the quality of our beverages and your satisfaction; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened items or offer replacements for damaged goods within 30 days of purchase.
Return Process

Contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return or exchange your drink products.
- 2.Verification and Approval
Our team will review your request and, if applicable, ask for photos of any damaged packaging to ensure we can process a swift resolution.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Once approved, place the unopened items back in their original shipping box with all protective padding to prevent breakage during transit.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
After we receive and inspect your returned items at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your fresh replacement.
